Privacy Request
If you’re a California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Oregon resident, applicable state privacy laws (CCPA / CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, OCPA) give you the right to access, correct, delete, port, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information. Use this form to submit a request.
What happens after you submit
- We confirm receipt within 10 business days at the email address you provide below.
- We provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. We may extend by one additional 45-day window if your request is complex or voluminous, as permitted by Cal. Civ. Code §1798.130(a)(2). We will notify you in writing of any such extension.
- We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights (CCPA §1798.125; equivalent protections in other state statutes).
- You can appeal if we deny. Reply to our denial within 60 calendar days, or email [email protected] with the original request reference. We respond to appeals within 60 calendar days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may file a complaint with your state attorney general.
How we verify your identity
To prevent unauthorized access to your information, we verify every request. For paying customers, verification typically requires matching the email on your account. For website visitors, we may ask you to provide additional details about your interaction with CleanClicks so we can match you to our records. Authorized agents must provide signed written authorization from the person they represent — paste it into the agent field below, or send via reply to our acknowledgment email.
